What you will do

• Perform operational support, performance monitoring, and maintenance of lithography equipment.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and optical issues.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to isolate and resolve system problems.
• Manage administrative duties including work orders, field service reports, and system problem reports.
• Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced personnel.
• Maintain local SOPs and best-known methods within the Fab team.

Requirements

• English proficiency: TOEIC score >550 or equivalent required.
• Ability to work onsite in a clean room environment for over 50% of the time.
• Availability for 24/7 shift work (12-hour day/night rotation).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Professional customer service orientation and ability to work under strict procedures.
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology as per US Export Administration Regulations.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin.
• Previous working experience in a TSMC Fab.
