Salary: $51,750–$55,000 per year; proposed minimum salary of $4,312.50 per month.

What you will do

  • Oversee daily operations of the campus food pantry and related basic-needs programs.
  • Manage inventory systems, logistics, vendors, service delivery, and resource referral information.
  • Build partnerships with campus departments, student organizations, community agencies, government programs, and nonprofit organizations.
  • Assist students with case-management processes, government assistance applications, and referrals for food, housing, financial, and other basic needs.
  • Collect, track, and analyze program data; prepare impact reports and support continuous improvement.
  • Represent Student Life on committees, task forces, events, and stakeholder activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least one year of experience in student affairs work or a related specialty.
  • Strong oral and written communication, attention to detail, dependability, and ability to multitask.
  • Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with colleagues to support students.
  • Employment is contingent on credential verification and completion of a criminal history investigation.

Nice to have

  • Case-management experience in a higher-education setting.
  • Experience managing basic-needs resources for a nonprofit or government organization.
