Location: On-site at a secure Space Systems Command facility in El Segundo, California
Salary: $95,000–$105,000 per year, depending on education and experience

What you will do
- Provide Earned Value Management support to government customers.
- Analyze monthly Integrated Program Management Report and Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report data from development contractors.
- Work closely with Government Program Office teams and contractors at Space Systems Command.
- Perform EVM analysis and communicate findings to program managers to support decision-making.
- Plan, participate in, and sometimes lead Integrated Baseline Review activities.
- Prepare briefings, management plans, technical reports, and EVM policy and process guidance for customer teams.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of Earned Value Management and Program Control experience, preferably supporting the Department of Defense or commercial aerospace programs.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, proficiency with EVM systems software such as wInsight, and extensive knowledge of EVM standards and practices.
- Experience with Compliance Analysis, Performance Analysis, Predictability Analysis, Integrated Baseline Reviews, and EVM-specific training.
- Familiarity with systems engineering, large-scale development and test programs, risk analysis, and cost estimating.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, and willing to work in secure facilities such as a SCIF or SAPF.

- Prior work at Space Systems Command or experience with space programs.
- Power BI proficiency.
