Location: Must be based in Hawthorne, CA (Onsite only)
Salary: $80,000 - $125,000

What you will do
- Lead market forecasting and competitive intelligence initiatives to support sales growth.
- Develop and maintain sales-specific metrics, dashboards, and data pipelines using Python and SQL.
- Collaborate with engineering, finance, and customer success teams to improve business outlook.
- Create compelling communication materials for leadership regarding performance and opportunities.
- Build and maintain technical competitive intelligence databases to inform sales strategies.
- Support sales directors across various regions and client portfolios.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorization.
- Must be based in Hawthorne, CA and work onsite.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, engineering, product management, operations, FP&A, or banking.
- Proficiency in data manipulation tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
Nice to have
- Strong background in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of launch vehicles, satellites, or the aerospace market.
- Demonstrated success in influencing broader organizational impact.
