Advanced Program Performance Management Specialist (EVM)

Location: Remote support available; U.S. citizenship is required.

Salary: USD $960–$103,500 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain time-phased program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze historical and predictive program performance, monitor Estimates at Complete, and present findings to program management.
• Identify critical and driving paths and support progress toward schedule-specific milestones.
• Support SEIT, financial, EV metrics, and risk reviews and meetings.
• Contribute to root cause analyses, corrective actions, tactical planning, and program completion activities.
• Coordinate EAC, risk and opportunity, and Management Reserve data with Finance analysts.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management systems, EVMS principles, and scheduling tools.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting program performance data covering budgets, schedules, and staffing requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with program contracts, program management or functional support processes, and proposal development activities.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge in Space, Cyber, or Intelligence engineering programs.
• Experience working with external customers, vendors, Contracts, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams.
• Familiarity with IMS, CAM notebook updates, and PPM Dashboard maintenance.
• Experience preparing and presenting customer-required program review documents.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
