Principal Project Manager (Digital) (MedTech)

Salary: $125,000–$201,250 per year

What you will do

• Manage cross-functional digital transformation projects in line with process excellence, quality management, and IT deployment standards.
• Lead projects from business problem definition through implementation and value realization, including functional and technical workstreams.
• Coordinate multiple parallel projects across matrixed teams and governance structures.
• Track schedules, risks, resources, progress, achievements, and project status through dashboards and reports.
• Develop formal communications and presentations for stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Mentor Project Managers and create reusable tools for digital delivery and organizational change management.

Requirements

• BS/BA in science, engineering, business administration, or equivalent education and experience.
• 10+ years of digital project management experience, including at least 5 years in the medical device industry.
• 5+ years leading medical device enterprise software initiatives with strong knowledge of quality system requirements.
• 5+ years managing enterprise system implementation teams or implementation vendors.
• Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring process improvement initiatives, project frameworks, and methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
