Project Leader (Medical Devices)

Location: Skaneateles, New York, United States; hybrid work with a required minimum number of days onsite

Salary: $88,000–$121,000 annually, plus potential discretionary bonuses

What you will do

• Support cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams delivering new product development and sustaining engineering initiatives.
• Coordinate international product launches and regional product updates with geographically dispersed teams and external partners.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, deliverables, action items, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Support task assignment, follow-up, status reporting, and risk, issue, and change management.
• Participate in Agile Scrum activities, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support quality, cost, schedule, design-control, regulatory-compliance, and production implementation objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, engineering, operations, or technical product development roles.
• Foundational knowledge of project management practices, including scheduling, task coordination, risk tracking, and documentation.
• Working knowledge of Agile and/or traditional project management methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with global cross-functional teams and external partners in a regulated product development environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent education and experience. Applicants must already be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with international product launches, market expansion, or global regulatory submissions.
• Agile certification such as CSM or PSM, or project management certification such as PMP or CAPM.
