Vice President, Enterprise Architecture Platforms & AI Enablement

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota; at least four days per week in the office, with flexibility to work from home one day per week. Applicants must have valid U.S. work authorization and must not require current or future visa sponsorship.

Base salary: $171,700–$236,100 per year, plus potential variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Define the enterprise platform architecture vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with business outcomes.
• Establish reference architectures, blueprints, standards, governance guardrails, and enablement models for secure reuse and faster delivery.
• Shape the enterprise GenAI strategy and define AI-ready architecture patterns with governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI controls.
• Evaluate AI agents, cloud-native services, and DevSecOps automation and drive adoption of technologies that create enterprise value.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global architecture organization.
• Advise senior technology and business leaders and guide architects in technology evaluation, selection, and standardization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software development and enterprise architecture.
• Broad and deep expertise in cloud architecture, DevSecOps, integration, databases, security, and enterprise platforms.
• Strategic and analytical ability to balance technical rigor, business value, and stakeholder needs.
• Valid U.S. work authorization without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Experience enabling AI and GenAI capabilities at enterprise scale, particularly in regulated environments.
• Executive-level leadership, communication, and influence experience.
• Experience modernizing technology platforms and operating models.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technology teams.
• Financial services industry experience and familiarity with enterprise architecture standards and practices.
