AM Parts Specialist (Packaging Automation)

What you will do

• Work with Fogg customers to identify the correct aftermarket parts for their machinery.
• Prepare timely project quotes and follow up on customer requests.
• Enter accurate parts information to process quotes and orders.
• Coordinate large-scale parts projects through engineering and production.
• Maintain customer engineering files and respond to phone and email inquiries.
• Build positive relationships with existing customers and assist the parts manager.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a willingness to learn.
• Good computer skills, including word processing, data analysis, and spreadsheet applications.
• Ability to document information accurately and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; employment eligibility is verified through E-Verify.
