Location: Onsite in Little Chalfont, United Kingdom, covering Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, the Baltics, and Iceland

What you will do
- Manage customer and distributor orders from initial inquiry through remittance.
- Build relationships with customers and commercial partners and respond to queries professionally.
- Process order entries accurately and meet customer delivery expectations.
- Handle backlogs, replacements, and free-of-charge shipments proactively.
- Follow shipments and installations to support timely revenue collection.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to deliver a consistent customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent written and verbal English required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organization, prioritization, problem-solving, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Previous client or customer service experience in a busy environment.
- Competence with MS Office and different business systems.
- Knowledge of Oracle or a similar ERP system.
Nice to have
- Swedish, Danish, or Finnish language skills.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
