What you will do

• Develop and manage global packaging strategies aligned with business objectives and market requirements.
• Lead packaging design, material selection, testing, quality, durability, and sustainability initiatives.
• Analyze packaging performance to identify cost reductions, efficiency gains, and process improvements.
• Manage packaging suppliers and vendors, including contract negotiations and material delivery.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and supply chain teams on packaging solutions.
• Report on packaging performance, budgets, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Professional experience in packaging, supply chain management, or a related operations field.
• Leadership experience managing and developing teams in a matrix or global environment.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, processes, design principles, and manufacturing capabilities.
• Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Knowledge of international packaging regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance protocols.
