Global Paint Program Manager (Industrial Coatings)

Location: McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania, United States

Pay range: $103,300–$177,700 per year across U.S. locations.

What you will do

• Serve as the enterprise subject matter expert for paint and coating systems across manufacturing and aftermarket operations.
• Develop and maintain global coating standards, specifications, process requirements, and best practices.
• Lead the planning, installation, commissioning, and optimization of paint, pretreatment, and related manufacturing systems.
• Support new product launches, facility expansions, capital projects, and strategic manufacturing initiatives.
• Manage paint and coating supplier relationships, including material quality, performance, availability, and cost effectiveness.
• Lead root cause investigations, corrective actions, technical training, and continuous improvement for coating operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and eight or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with industrial paint and coating systems, including pretreatment, application, curing technologies, and coating performance.
• Experience leading cross-functional manufacturing, quality, engineering, and supplier initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Knowledge of coating quality systems, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• Experience developing standards and specifications across multiple manufacturing locations.
