Safety Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Dodge Center, Minnesota, United States; onsite

Salary: $82,900–$134,300 per year

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs at the business-segment level.
• Assess and improve loss-prevention programs.
• Provide direction on health and safety program implementation and maintenance.
• Support management accountability programs, including development, implementation, and enforcement.
• Evaluate risks and establish guidelines for safety roles, training, measurements, and rewards.
• Manage contract security personnel at both locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
• 5-plus years of safety management experience.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable federal, state, and local health and safety guidelines.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing experience.
• ASP certification or Certified Safety Professional credential.
