Senior Schedule Analyst (Space Systems)

Location: On-site at the Patrick SFB Office in Melbourne, Florida, United States. U.S. citizenship and a minimum Secret security clearance are required.

What you will do

• Assess Integrated Master Schedule information for compliance with program baselines and performance requirements.
• Support schedule management activities for Space Systems Command Space Access programs.
• Develop and integrate program-level and enterprise-level schedules.
• Publish schedules, conduct schedule analysis, and report findings to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with government program offices, contractors, and program leadership.

Requirements

• At least nine years of schedule experience, including five years in a space program environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, economics, finance, accounting, engineering, or statistics.
• Knowledge of schedule management best practices, critical path methodology, schedule quality, and DCMA 14-Point Assessment metrics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and OnePager Pro.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• U.S. citizenship and a minimum Secret security clearance are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with launch, range, satellite acquisition, and sustainment programs.
• Familiarity with systems engineering, large-scale development and test programs, risk analysis, and cost estimating.
• Knowledge of PASEG, GAO scheduling and cost-estimating guides, NDIA predictive measures guidance, IPMDAR, and ANSI/EIA Standard 748.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, and space systems development.
