Operations Analyst B-52 Div (WBD)

What you will do

• Support the B-52 Stratofortress Division with administrative functions, special projects, training, awards, and non-acquisition activities.
• Research sensitive policy, regulatory, legal, and contractual issues and prepare recommendations for senior leaders.
• Manage special studies, initiatives, project milestones, reports, briefings, meetings, panels, and committees.
• Collect, validate, interpret, and report operational requirements, deficiencies, corrective actions, and project findings.
• Maintain master files, file plans, tracking systems, staff packages, correspondence, suspenses, and classified and unclassified program data.
• Administer division travel orders and vouchers, prepare CONUS and OCONUS travel, and train personnel on DTS procedures.

Requirements

• Secret clearance required.
• Master’s or doctorate degree in a related field plus 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in the DoD; or a bachelor’s degree plus 12 years, including 5 years in the DoD; or 15 years of directly related experience with applicable certifications, including 8 years in the DoD.
• Working knowledge of AFRIMS, DTS, SOCCER, ETMS2/TMT, MICT, and PMRT.
• Current experience with DTS and the ability to stay up to date with DTS changes.
