What you will do

• Lead proactive workforce planning strategies to anticipate and mitigate demand volatility.
• Develop and improve forecasting models to support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify and activate short-term and long-term levers to optimize workforce utilization.
• Ensure workforce decisions protect customer experience and maintain service levels.
• Provide strategic recommendations to leadership on headcount planning and resource allocation.
• Mentor Workforce Specialists on forecasting techniques and planning practices.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorization.
• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field or 5+ years of professional experience in workforce management.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in workforce planning, demand forecasting, or analytics.
• Must be available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in an analytical field.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and advanced Excel.
• Experience in statistical modeling, operations research, or the telecom/ISP industry.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
