Senior Program Analyst (Defense)

What you will do

• Support the B-2 Division across aircraft modernization, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment programs.
• Develop, maintain, and implement performance measures, metrics, targets, data-collection rules, and measurement tools.
• Perform statistical analysis, time-series analysis, predictive forecasting, modeling, simulation, optimization, sensitivity analysis, and hypothesis testing.
• Support acquisition sustainment reviews, Congressional inquiries, CAT activities, and senior-leadership taskers by preparing analyses, briefings, suspense responses, and recommended courses of action.
• Manage TMT suspense tracking, workflow coordination, status briefings, action-officer assignments, and related reporting for AFLCMC offices.
• Compile and communicate data-driven outputs through reports, spreadsheets, graphs, SharePoint libraries, and approved NIPRNET/SIPRNET correspondence.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in a related field plus 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in the DoD; or a Bachelor’s degree plus 12 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in the DoD.
• Alternatively, 15 years of directly related experience with required certifications, including 8 years in the DoD.
• Experience must match the applicable technical or professional labor category requirements.
