Commercial Lines Associate Account Rep (Commercial Insurance)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States

Salary: $65,000 per year, with eligibility for up to a 5% bonus at completion of the 18-month program.

What you will do

• Support account managers in servicing commercial client accounts across multiple industries.
• Prepare applications, insurance summaries, schedules, renewal materials, and other client deliverables.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to collect loss runs, policy updates, and related information.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Coordinate client requests and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation.
• Participate in account meetings, risk management projects, job shadowing, and applied learning assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree earned within the past two years.
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Clear communication and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Initiative, accountability, and willingness to learn.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
