Commercial Lines Account Representative (Insurance)

Location: Dallas, TX - Uptown

What you will do

• Review commercial insurance policies and policy changes for accuracy and completeness, requesting corrections when needed.
• Process policy alterations with insurance carriers based on client change requests.
• Invoice clients and deliver policy documents, certificates of insurance, and evidence of coverage.
• Follow up on billing notices and non-payments to reduce customer default risk.
• Prepare renewal summaries and applications with Account Managers for Producer and client review.
• Support account remarketing by ordering Loss Runs and assessing claim activity.

Requirements

• Texas General Lines Agent License: Property and Casualty (P&C), or attainment within 90 days.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
