Senior Career Development Specialist - Career Management

What you will do

• Plan and manage multiple Career Development Framework projects with Compensation, HRBPs, business leaders, and subject matter experts.
• Create and continuously improve processes for identifying skills, competencies, and proficiency expectations across job families and career levels.
• Translate skills data and workforce-planning insights into actionable career management guidance and employee resources.
• Develop communications and change-readiness plans to increase awareness, engagement, and adoption of career management tools.
• Provide data and updates for Workday, Career Hub, HR systems, and related career management processes.
• Integrate the Career Development Framework with talent management, development planning, leadership development, and career conversations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Human Resources, Applied Training/Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related discipline.
• Four years of relevant work experience required, preferably in Human Resources or Learning and Development.
• Experience planning and organizing multiple projects while prioritizing organizational needs.
• Strong accountability, adaptability, emotional intelligence, business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, influence change, and support coaching and employee development.
