Organizational Development Specialist

What you will do

• Partner with HR business partners to assess, design, and implement organizational effectiveness strategies and tools.
• Develop leadership, team-building, change management, and other organizational development solutions, tools, and training.
• Procure resources and streamline processes to support business unit initiatives.
• Analyze talent data and other inputs to diagnose organizational problems and recommend interventions.
• Create project timelines, monitor project plans, and report on milestones, metrics, budgets, and program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology preferred, or a bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of related experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass pre-employment assessments when applicable.
• Knowledge of organizational development, instructional design, organizational design, leadership practices, performance improvement, change management, and communication.
