HR Leadership Development Program Associate (Human Resources)

Location: Medina, Minnesota, USA, with rotations across U.S. sites including Plymouth and Wyoming, Minnesota; Roseau, Minnesota; Huntsville, Alabama; Rigby, Idaho; and Elkhart, Indiana. Candidates must be willing to travel and relocate between sites.

Salary: $66,000–$80,000 per year in Minnesota.

What you will do

• Complete three one-year rotations across HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, and Center of Excellence assignments.
• Partner with business leaders on talent and workforce strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Support talent attraction, development, retention, succession, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Provide employee relations guidance, conduct investigations, and support consistent HR policy application.
• Contribute to compensation, benefits, workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
• Execute HR processes, maintain compliance, use HR systems, and provide workforce insights through data and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, human resources, or a related business discipline, with graduation between August 2026 and May 2027.
• Internship, co-op, leadership, athletics, student organization, or relevant project experience demonstrating teamwork, initiative, and results orientation.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Must be a U.S. person and must not require employment sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week and relocate between rotation sites.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint, plus strong communication, influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Foundational HR knowledge from coursework, internships, student organizations, case competitions, SHRM involvement, leadership experience, or HR projects.
