What you will do

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of the NextGen Scholars Programme, including guidelines, scholar selection, onboarding, mentorship, internships, and ongoing engagement.
• Collaborate with universities, hirify.global mentors, scholars, alumni, and internal teams to align programme delivery across markets.
• Support the development of the NextGen Scholar Alumni Community through networking, alumni activities, career tracking, and relationship building.
• Track scholar and alumni progress, programme performance, and impact metrics, and prepare reports and leadership updates.
• Identify and implement process improvements while supporting scholar, alumni, and networking events.
• Contribute to cross-functional coordination, Steering Committee activities, stakeholder communications, and operational excellence across A Million Conversations workstreams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, public health, international relations, or project management.
• Adaptability, strong organisation, and communication skills.
• Cultural competency and a genuine commitment to inclusion and health equity principles.
• Interest in working with academic institutions, external partners, or community organisations.
• Fluent English required.
