Strategic Operations Project Manager & Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead cross-factory operations projects end to end, including governance, milestones, coordination, and handover to business-as-usual operations.
• Translate strategic priorities into defined problems, scopes, outcomes, success metrics, timelines, and dependencies.
• Align senior stakeholders, manage dependencies, resolve friction, and maintain delivery momentum without formal authority.
• Build project dashboards and measurement frameworks, define leading and lagging indicators, and measure ROI after implementation.
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews across Compliance, Routing, Governance, Customer Care & Success, AML & Fraud, Banking Operations, and KYCB operations.
• Run funnel, cohort, and segmentation analyses; support Finance with budgets and forecasts; and partner with factory leads on compensation and performance analysis.

Requirements

• Experience leading large, ambiguous, multi-stakeholder initiatives from kickoff through delivery.
• Strong project governance skills, including RASCI design, decision logs, milestone tracking, and dependency management.
• Confident SQL skills and the ability to produce decision-grade analytical narratives.
• Experience aligning VP- and director-level stakeholders without formal authority.
• Ability to communicate data insights clearly to non-technical operations audiences and challenge constructively.
• Active use of AI tools such as Notion AI and Claude, plus familiarity with Notion and Metabase or Tableau.
