What you will do

• Lead cross-factory operations projects end-to-end, including governance setup, milestone tracking, coordination, and handover to BAU.
• Translate strategic priorities into execution by defining problems, scope, outcomes, success metrics, timelines, and dependencies.
• Build and maintain senior stakeholder alignment, manage dependencies, and escalate alignment risks early.
• Track performance and measure impact using leading/lagging indicators and BI instrumentation; perform ROI measurement post-implementation.
• Support strategic assessments by sizing opportunities and structuring business cases and scenarios for leadership decisions.

Requirements

• Proven end-to-end project leadership for large, complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives (kickoff to delivery), including governance design and decision tracking.
• Structured quantitative thinking to synthesize complexity into clear problem statements and actionable trade-offs.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and influence at VP/Director level.
• AI fluency and modern tooling: hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., Notion AI/Claude), Notion for visual management, and BI tools such as Tableau or Metabase.
• Ability to challenge processes and propose more efficient operating mechanisms while maintaining stakeholder buy-in.
