What you will do

• Oversee strategic and innovation projects related to global sensory performance.
• Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams to support project success.
• Support the development and execution of project plans and timelines.
• Analyze project performance and suggest improvements to efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders.
• Create internal communications promoting project progress and success.

Requirements

• Current Master's student at a business or engineering school, equivalent to Bac+4.
• Strong passion for scent development and innovation, with curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Highly organized, proactive, flexible, and able to work autonomously.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Written and spoken English proficiency is mandatory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Previous project management experience.
• French proficiency.
