MEA Business Development Project Manager

Location: Marcq-en-Barœul, France; frequent travel within the Middle East and Africa region is required.

What you will do

• Define roadmaps and execute cross-functional growth projects across commercial, marketing, innovation, business intelligence, and M&A activities.
• Establish project governance, coordinate project teams, lead meetings, monitor deadlines, budgets, objectives, and client satisfaction.
• Prepare project reports and presentations, organize steering committees, and track KPIs using designated tools.
• Align projects with the MEA business strategy and connect business development and marketing functions with regional subregions.
• Support project management training, change management, communication plans, go-live activities, and the design of new processes.

Requirements

• Business or engineering degree from a school or university.
• 3–5 years of commercial experience involving project management in a multinational company or experience in a strategic consultancy firm.
• Experience with portfolio management and project management across content, technical, and change management areas in large, decentralized organizations.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fully fluent in English and French.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in multicultural, cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of B2B and/or industrial sectors.
