Engineering Digital Innovation Manager (AI)

Location: Marseille Area, France; business travel may be required.

What you will do

• Identify engineering métier needs and opportunities for digital innovation in Mixed Reality and Artificial Intelligence.
• Explore workflow automation and process optimization for the Design Office using AI.
• Assist with training and deploying models for specific engineering use cases.
• Define and plan the digital innovation strategy and roadmap across engineering métiers.
• Guide project leaders from ideation through deployment using agile LBIP standards and coordinate Engineering, Central Digital Innovation, and Information Management.
• Prepare communications and reporting for top management on digital innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• 5-year degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital innovation project management and at least 3 years in project management or a similar field.
• Senior-level experience managing company-wide change management execution and transverse projects.
• Experience with VS Code, JupyterLab, PyCharm, Spyder, or Visual Studio 2022; Python; and data and AI platforms such as Skywise or Palantir Foundry.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Gemini, prompt engineering, and AI use cases; exposure to LLM endpoints or APIs is relevant.
• Fluent English and fluent French are required. Stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, export control, ITAR, ethics, and compliance knowledge are expected.

Nice to have

• Exposure to PowerShell, C#, C++, SQL, TypeScript, Rust, or Bash.
• Experience integrating with the Catia engineering PLM landscape and Google Workspace.
