What you will do
- Lead complex cross-functional growth programs: define scope, roadmap, sequencing, dependencies, risks, and deliver end-to-end.
- Drive transformation by challenging operating models across teams and reshaping ways of working to unlock execution.
- Translate Growth leadership priorities into actionable project plans and coordinate delivery with operational teams.
- Support GLT decision-making by preparing decision-ready recommendations and converting decisions into execution mandates.
- Set up and run program governance (steering cadence, decision logs, RASCI, escalation paths, and a single source of truth).
- Define and monitor success metrics with Growth Performance/BI/Finance, and improve operational excellence including internal communication and AI adoption.
Requirements
- 4–5+ years of experience in consulting and/or in-house Project/Program management or Chief of Staff roles in tech.
- Fluency in Growth (sales & marketing) domain: understanding of Growth operations, stakeholders, metrics, and execution rhythms.
- Proven ability to lead complex, high-impact initiatives across senior stakeholders and multiple teams.
- Strong analytical and structured approach to framing problems, defining success metrics, and managing trade-offs.
- Excellent program management and communication skills (planning, dependencies, risks, stakeholder alignment).
- English: fluent required.
