What you will do

• Develop strategic planning roadmaps based on market dynamics and customer insights for five- to ten-year horizons.
• Support strategy definition for global sectors including Blades, Dynamic Components, and Equipment.
• Execute the SCube transformation strategy and manage end-to-end project portfolios and performance frameworks.
• Coordinate leadership office operations, cross-functional agendas, and high-impact business communication materials.
• Synthesize market, competitive, and foresight data to build offset roadmaps and identify potential M&A targets.
• Complete at least one rotational placement in Digital & Innovation, Operational Compliance, or a manufacturing hub such as Donauwörth or Marignane.

Requirements

• Degree-level qualification in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Engineering, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
• Recent graduate or first professional experience in strategic analysis, project management, digital transformation, or business governance.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Collaborative mindset, self-awareness, and motivation to take ownership of professional development.
• Security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities is required.
