Senior Financial Analyst - Local GAAP Operations

Location: Wokingham, Berkshire, United Kingdom; based in the UK at the Pinewood / Maidenhead Campus

What you will do

• Support the setup and reconciliation of the parallel Local GAAP ledger in Central Finance.
• Reconcile data across ERPs, Central Finance, and local financial statements.
• Develop reporting solutions that simplify and standardize complex finance processes.
• Partner with local Finance teams, PwC, and Deloitte on interim and end-state design implementation.
• Provide project updates, identify risks and issues, and support timely execution of project plans.
• Support future training, communications, presentations, and other finance transformation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and qualified accountant status.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business.
• Proficient English and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of general finance, tax, and accounting processes.
• Understanding of differences and adjustments between US GAAP and Local GAAP.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced situations.

Nice to have

• Experience with statutory reporting and accounting.
• Knowledge of accounting and financial systems methodologies, including SAP.
• Experience working in complex multi-ERP or multi-system environments.
• Understanding of AI concepts, responsible AI practices, and effective prompt generation.
