Senior Director, Corporate FP&A

Location: Remote/Home-Based in Dublin, Ireland or London, UK; international travel, including to the Dublin headquarters, is required.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-level strategic planning, target setting, KPI definition, scenario modelling, and capital allocation analysis.
• Own the corporate financial planning calendar, planning cycles, stakeholder engagement, and executive review processes.
• Prepare Executive Committee and Board of Directors reporting packages and provide decision support to senior leadership.
• Partner with SEC Reporting and Investor Relations on quarterly earnings materials and external financial guidance analysis.
• Support corporate incentive scheme design, strategic initiatives, corporate development, and enterprise-level financial assessments.
• Lead the Corporate FP&A team and contribute to Global Finance transformation, including AI adoption, Oracle EPM adoption, and forecast process improvements.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in FP&A, enterprise planning, target setting, strategic reporting, and financial performance management.
• At least 10 years of operational experience and a relevant financial or management qualification, such as an MBA or accounting qualification.
• Strong financial modelling, analytics, problem-solving, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience influencing outcomes, leading strategic initiatives, and working effectively in matrix organizations.
• Knowledge of financial systems including Oracle and SAP.
• Ability to work remotely from Dublin, Ireland or London, UK and willingness to travel internationally.
