Senior Consultant - Corporate Finance Advisory (Finance)

Location: Tewksbury, Massachusetts, USA; onsite

Compensation: $86,660–$164,300 per year

What you will do

• Support complex financial analysis and modeling engagements, including forecasting initiatives, evaluating financing alternatives, scenario analysis, and cash-flow assessment.
• Develop budgets, rolling forecasts, performance dashboards, reports, and other decision-support deliverables.
• Analyze financial data and improve operational processes to identify trends and support scenario planning.
• Conduct research and due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables, participate in virtual meetings, and collaborate with advisory professionals throughout engagements.
• Build and maintain financial models while improving tools, processes, and client solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in finance, consulting, or business advisory.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with US GAAP.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a dynamic team environment.

Nice to have

• CFA, CPA, CMA, or MBA-Finance credential.
• Public accounting experience.
• Experience with coding, Power BI, or other FP&A tools.
