Lead Analyst, Global Transparency Reporting - EMEA (Healthcare Compliance): Coordinating transparency disclosures and compliance reporting across EMEA markets with an accent on regulatory intelligence, data quality, governance, and process improvement. Focus on translating regulatory requirements into reporting solutions, developing analytics and visualizations, and implementing automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom; the role is also available across Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, the UAE, Sweden, Portugal, Switzerland, Greece, and other EMEA locations. The office is relocating to central Maidenhead from October 2026. Up to 5% domestic and international travel is required.

What you will do
- Lead transparency reporting activities and coordinate accurate, complete, and timely disclosures across assigned EMEA markets.
- Partner with Health Care Compliance, Legal, Finance, Business Technology, and country stakeholders on reporting preparation, validation, reconciliation, submissions, and risk mitigation.
- Monitor transparency regulations and industry codes, translating changes into reporting and process requirements.
- Design and implement process, system, and reporting enhancements, including automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Develop analytics and visualizations to identify reporting risks, trends, compliance insights, and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain reporting methodologies and documentation, and deliver training and workshops for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and extensive professional experience in Health Care Compliance or a related function such as regulatory, quality, or finance.
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, influencing, prioritization, and process-improvement skills.
- Experience consolidating data from multiple sources into quantitative analyses or reports.
- Experience with databases and reporting tools, plus advanced Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of management in a complex, cross-functional, matrixed environment.
Nice to have
- Certification in compliance, risk management, data analytics, project management, or process excellence.
- Pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience, including transparency disclosures such as EFPIA, MedTech Europe, or CMS Open Payments.
- Experience designing or implementing systems and tools.
- Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, SQL, Power Platform, SharePoint, or similar technologies.
