Sales and Design Consultant (West)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, USA; Litchfield Park area. Requires showroom attendance during the first four weeks of training and commuting to customers’ homes.

Training salary: $2,000 bi-weekly. After training, compensation transitions to uncapped commissions with bonus opportunities and no base salary.

What you will do

• Consult with customers in their homes and design personalized storage solutions using proprietary CAD software.
• Measure spaces, develop designs, and sell custom whole-home organization solutions.
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets through referrals and repeat business.
• Follow up with customers and coordinate with the installation team through project completion.
• Manage a portfolio of projects and clients with different levels of complexity.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and comfort using laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices.
• Creative, detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of craftsmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to commute to customers’ homes and work regular showroom hours during initial training.

Nice to have

• Education in interior design.
• Direct industry or in-home sales experience.
• Experience with Salesforce, CAD, or other design software.
