Technical Enablement Lead (Cloud/DevOps/AI)

What you will do

• Partner with Cloud, DevOps, AI, security, and technology leaders to identify skill needs aligned with platform strategy and business goals.
• Validate learning content with engineers, architects, and technical SMEs to ensure practical relevance to how teams build, deploy, and operate solutions.
• Collaborate with the Associate Development team on learning pathways, curricula, and scalable enterprise-wide learning solutions.
• Identify content gaps and provide feedback to improve the clarity, relevance, and applicability of learning experiences.
• Connect engineering teams with the Associate Development team, promote adoption, and gather feedback to improve learning effectiveness.
• Contribute to capability-growth indicators and communicate technical learning priorities to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience partnering with engineering, cloud, DevOps, AI, security, or technology leaders.
• Working knowledge of trends and practical workflows in cloud, DevOps, and AI.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable, business-aligned learning priorities.
• Ability to assess technical learning content, identify capability gaps, and provide constructive feedback.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
