Manager, Field Enablement

Location: Hybrid, based in the Wilmington, Massachusetts office, with a minimum of three days per week onsite. Up to 50% travel to client and customer locations may be required.

Salary: $108,000–$148,500 base annual compensation, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Lead deployment of onboarding, certification, coaching, and professional development programs across field and customer environments.
• Establish readiness processes, delivery standards, and deployment support systems for consistent training adoption.
• Partner with Operations leaders and field trainers to align capability development with operational priorities.
• Analyze field feedback and learning outcomes to improve curricula, performance support, and deployment approaches.
• Develop scalable field enablement processes and best practices across customer and operational environments.
• Support adoption of AR/VR, simulation-based training, digital performance support, and AI-enabled learning tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Technical Training, Engineering Technology, Operations Management, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in technical training, learning enablement, field operations, customer training, or workforce development.
• At least 3 years leading training teams, enablement programs, or capability development initiatives.
• Experience with distributed learning environments and Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Strong understanding of training delivery, certification programs, curriculum deployment, and performance support.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive and/or fly to client and customer locations.
