What you will do

• Enable partners to design, build, and deliver AI Agents using the Cognigy platform.
• Support partner onboarding and ongoing technical readiness through structured enablement and certification paths.
• Deliver technical enablement sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs.
• Assist partners with JavaScript development, debugging, and flow-based logic.
• Support API usage and integrations as part of AI Agent implementations.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Professional Services to align on technical standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Strong JavaScript coding and debugging skills.
• Experience working with APIs and integrations in real-world implementations.
• Practical experience using context variables and conversation logic.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for webchat embedding.
• Experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Sales Engineering or Technical Consulting.
