Technical Enablement Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Enable partners to design, build, demo, and deliver AI Agents using the Cognigy platform.
• Support partner onboarding and technical readiness through structured enablement and certification paths.
• Deliver technical enablement sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs.
• Assist with JavaScript development, debugging, APIs, integrations, context variables, and conversation logic.
• Advise on webchat embedding and xApps using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Support partner-led demos, proofs of concept, and customer opportunities while collaborating with Sales Engineering, Product, and Professional Services.

Requirements

• Strong JavaScript coding and debugging skills.
• Experience working with APIs and integrations in real-world implementations.
• Practical experience with context variables and conversation logic in Cognigy.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for webchat embedding and xApps.
• Experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Consulting.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate across sales, product, and delivery teams.
