Associate Director, Quality (Key Customer)

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; hybrid work arrangement

Compensation range: $146,300–$271,700 annually, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Develop and deploy the Data Center Solutions quality strategy, governance model, standards, metrics, and policies.
• Serve as the primary quality owner for a strategically critical customer, managing audits, reviews, escalations, KPIs, complaints, corrective actions, and field performance.
• Lead the enterprise QMS framework, including ISO 9001 compliance, digital quality systems, internal and supplier audits, CAPAs, change management, validation, and documentation.
• Govern product and process quality activities including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, control plans, validation, and structured root cause analysis.
• Direct supplier quality strategy, qualification, audits, NCR/CAPA management, incoming quality control, and production-readiness activities.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma continuous-improvement initiatives, quality analytics, risk mitigation, and a multi-site quality organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Science, or a related technical field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Quality, Operations, or Engineering, including multi-site or global leadership.
• Expertise in Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001, regulatory requirements, supplier quality, and enterprise quality platforms.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide quality initiatives, complex customer quality relationships, global supply bases, and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, root cause analysis, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Professional quality certifications such as CQE, CQM/OE, or CQA are preferred.
