Program Manager (Biotechnology)

What you will do

• Partner with capability leaders to develop and execute annual strategic priorities, operating plans, and measurable deliverables.
• Coordinate RDQ priorities through standardized templates, governance practices, and business processes.
• Prepare governance presentations, dashboards, executive updates, operating reviews, and leadership communications.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and action items across supported capabilities.
• Coordinate functional transformation initiatives, facilitate strategic workshops, and support implementation of new operating models and organizational changes.
• Support budget planning, workforce and capacity planning, knowledge repositories, and organizational health improvements.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree, or a master's degree with 2 years, bachelor's degree with 4 years, associate's degree with 8 years, or high school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in program management, business operations, quality assurance, or R&D.
• Experience supporting leadership teams and managing multiple priorities in a matrixed organization.
• Experience developing strategic roadmaps and operating plans, with familiarity with financial stewardship.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, ChatGPT, or Copilot.

Nice to have

• Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry experience, including knowledge of R&D quality and risk management.
• Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification.
• Experience integrating global teams through effective collaboration and emotional intelligence.
