Program Management Director - Data Center Solutions

Location: Hybrid work from Anoka or Blaine, Minnesota, United States; travel up to 25% as needed.

Compensation: $172,900–$257,000 annually, with potential eligibility for additional compensation such as annual incentives.

What you will do

• Serve as the senior executive point of contact for a portfolio of strategic customers and own end-to-end customer relationships.
• Lead and develop a team of Program Managers responsible for customer communication, daily execution, and order delivery.
• Own customer satisfaction, delivery performance, relationship health, and proactive risk resolution.
• Provide program leadership from opportunity intake and quoting through execution, delivery, and change management.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics to translate customer requirements into executable plans.
• Establish customer reviews and operating cadences while governing pricing, scope changes, cost impacts, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ideally 8+ years of experience in program management, customer operations, or production-focused environments with direct customer accountability.
• Experience leading and developing teams in customer-facing, cross-functional organizations.
• Demonstrated success managing strategic customer relationships and complex, high-visibility programs.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing operations, planning, scheduling, supply chain, costing, and logistics.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from Anoka or Blaine, Minnesota, and travel up to 25% when needed.
