Program Manager 2, Operations Business Management - HYBRID (Seattle, WA)

Location: Hybrid, Seattle, Washington, United States

Salary: $93,500–$155,000 annual, with potential performance-based incentives or bonuses.

What you will do

• Own large-scale, cross-functional Operations initiatives from problem definition and planning through execution and completion.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Inventory Operations, Facilities, Store Operations, Supply Chain, and Transportation.
• Build and manage program plans, milestones, workback schedules, dependencies, and risks.
• Align programs with Technology and BI roadmaps and connect decisions across operational domains.
• Prepare executive-ready status updates, recommendations, program summaries, and leadership communications.
• Manage initiative intake and prioritization while developing PMO playbooks, frameworks, and knowledge-sharing programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in program management, product management, management consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or operations.
• At least 2 years of experience owning and driving large-scale, cross-functional programs end to end.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, executive storytelling, presentation, and recommendation-development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently, operate in ambiguity, and resolve risks and issues with urgency.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with an interest in retail and operational dynamics.

Nice to have

• Professional experience with AI tools such as Claude or Copilot, or demonstrated curiosity about AI-enabled operations.
• Familiarity with Looker, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms.
• Experience in retail, supply chain, store operations, or a related operational domain.
