Salary: $100,000–$275,000 per year base salary

What you will do

• Own execution of medium to large, complex programs, including cost, schedule, technical performance, deliverables, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish performance baselines and manage resource allocation across the full program lifecycle.
• Lead program teams, customer reviews, stakeholder communications, and supplier performance management.
• Identify and manage program risks, opportunities, issues, priorities, and continuous-improvement actions.
• Support customer partnerships, business development, competitive captures, proposals, contract negotiations, reporting, and changes.
• Apply quality assurance and quality control processes while ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System and customer requirements.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in project or program management in the commercial or defense industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related technical field preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of program management tools and processes, including EVMS, IMP/IMS, and opportunity, risk, and issue management.
• Experience managing government projects or programs with direct internal and external customer interfaces.
• Experience executing programs through all product lifecycles and working in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, networking, Microsoft Office, and business interaction skills; ability to travel as needed.
