Program Manager

What you will do

• Plan and manage programs and projects supporting product delivery, customer service, revenue, and end-to-end sales order fulfillment.
• Identify global business expansion opportunities related to customer offshore design and manufacturing.
• Coordinate sales, support, design-region, and fulfillment-region resources across accounts, territories, and regions.
• Review customer requirements, assign tasks and resources, and create and track project schedules.
• Develop and execute customer migration strategies while tracking outbound manufacturing migrations.
• Maintain migration databases and analyze pricing, margins, revenue, and inter-regional return on investment.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience providing comparable knowledge and job skills.
• Thorough knowledge of the principles, theories, concepts, practices, and standards in the relevant discipline.
• Proficiency in Excel, particularly the VLOOKUP function.
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, innovative, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, evaluate business situations, and collaborate with global stakeholders.
