Program Manager - Waste

Salary: $173,688–$248,125 per year

What you will do

• Lead delivery of the Waste program across New York and New Jersey.
• Work directly with clients, program management teams, and construction teams.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams covering engineering, estimating, scheduling, project controls, and construction delivery.
• Manage the full program and project life cycle using collaborative delivery methods.
• Present to client executives and large public audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, planning, sciences, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of deputy program management experience on programs with cumulative capital value of $200 million or more, or 5 years as a project or project controls manager on programs valued at $200 million or more, or 10 years of project management experience directing multidisciplinary teams on two or more projects valued at $50 million or more each.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, including experience building cohesive teams across locations.
• Experience implementing projects or programs using design-build, progressive design-build, and/or construction management at-risk methods.
• Familiarity with PMIS, CMIS, scheduling, cost control, document management, risk management, asset management, and dashboard analytics.
• Professional registration, license, or certification in New York or New Jersey is preferred; local candidates are preferred.
