Senior Manager, Security Infrastructure & Technology

Location: Onsite in the Downtown Los Angeles office, Los Angeles, California, United States. Evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required during peak event periods. LA28 does not provide relocation assistance.

Annual base salary: $105,000–$140,000.

LA28 is an independent, non-profit, privately funded organizing committee responsible for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

What you will do

• Develop and implement Venue Security Infrastructure plans for Olympic and Paralympic venues.
• Specify and plan fencing, barriers, hostile vehicle mitigation, screening equipment, security lighting, CCTV, drones, accreditation, and access-control systems.
• Coordinate construction and installation plans with venue and infrastructure teams, contractors, suppliers, and public-safety agencies.
• Assess venue risks and vulnerabilities, develop mitigation strategies, and oversee approved security plans.
• Deliver Security Operations Plans at assigned venues and prepare status, incident, and project reports.
• Chair planning meetings and working groups while drafting policies, procedures, agendas, and meeting notes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fast-paced, multi-venue safety or security roles.
• Experience specifying and designing venue security infrastructure.
• Strong construction management and project management experience.
• Experience with CCTV placement planning and integration of security equipment into broader technology infrastructure.
• Familiarity with spectrum deconfliction and radio fleet mapping.
• Strong communication, organization, discretion, and cross-functional collaboration skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience in major league sporting stadiums or international multi-sport events.
