Manager, Process Support Engineer III (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Provide on-site customer support through installations, system diagnosis, service, and repair of complex equipment.
• Work with customers to develop advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Design hypothesis experiments and design-of-experiments studies, analyze data statistically, and prepare technical reports.
• Troubleshoot difficult process engineering and customer product issues through root cause analysis.
• Build trust with customers and coordinate with internal stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Support junior colleagues, liaise between customers and the business unit, and lead small projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain sensitive information and build stakeholder consensus.
• Proficiency in English communication.

• Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
