What you will do

• Develop cleaning and assembly processes for liquid filter devices.
• Create design of experiments (DOE) plans and development schedules.
• Research technologies related to cleaning processes, chemistry, and materials.
• Prepare and assemble liquid filter prototype samples while managing preparation schedules.
• Analyze process data and summarize results to support technical decisions.
• Create and maintain process records and documentation required for part number registration.

Requirements

• University-level knowledge of chemistry, including acids, bases, and organic solvents, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with chemical experiments, laboratory work, process development, or machine and equipment operations.
• Hands-on ability and attention to detail in sample preparation and assembly.
• Ability and willingness to quickly learn machine and equipment operations.
• Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and propose practical solutions.
• Work location: Yonezawa-shi, Yamagata, Japan.
