Family Nurse Practitioner, PRN | Primary Care

Location: Lancaster, PA, United States; care includes both in-person and virtual visits.

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive in-person and virtual primary care visits.
• Diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and develop personalized health plans.
• Support early intervention, chronic disease management, prevention, and long-term wellness.
• Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and lifestyle management.
• Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted FNP license in the practicing state.
• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• DEA registration.
• Experience treating patients ages 2 and older.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality.
• Ability to pass on-site credentialing.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of primary care experience.
