Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) — Spravato® Treatment Clinician (Part-Time, On-Site/Hybrid) - Psychiatric Experience preferred (Spravato®)

What you will do

• Conduct psychiatric intake evaluations and screen patients for Spravato® eligibility.
• Prescribe Spravato® and initiate insurance prior authorization documentation.
• Provide in-person clinical support during Spravato® dosing sessions.
• Monitor patient vitals, safety, symptoms, and clinical changes during the observation period.
• Complete documentation and coordinate patient flow with operations and partner sites.
• Support a calm and safe environment for small cohorts of typically 3–4 patients.

Requirements

• Active NP or PA license in the state of practice.
• Current, unrestricted DEA registration and willingness to associate it with partner site addresses as needed.
• Comfort monitoring outpatients and responding to blood pressure changes, anxiety, dissociation, and other clinical changes.
• Strong documentation skills, reliability, and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Willingness to complete required Spravato® REMS-related training.

Nice to have

• Psychiatric experience.
• Experience with ketamine or esketamine, TMS, infusion, or comparable patient-monitoring workflows.
