Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP - Weekends (Pediatric Mental Health)

Location: Fully remote; weekend availability required on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM–6:30 PM ET. Active licensure in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, or Maryland is required, or licensure must be obtained in one of these states through company-sponsored support.

Salary: $72,500 guaranteed base salary for a 20-hour/week schedule; total earning potential up to $175,000+ annually. Additional patients are compensated at $100 per clinical hour.

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments for children, adolescents, and young adults aged 2–26.
• Develop treatment plans and provide psychiatric medication management.
• Collaborate with psychotherapists and interdisciplinary specialists to address behavioral health root causes.
• Educate parents and caregivers and support them in navigating patients’ mental health care.
• Oversee diagnostic testing and maintain HIPAA-compliant clinical records.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program and PMHNP-BC certification.
• At least one year of independent psychiatric practice under licensure, including experience with children or adolescents.
• Active license in PA, VA, NJ, or MD, or willingness to obtain the required license with full financial sponsorship.
• DEA license and state prescriptive authority.
• Availability for Saturday and Sunday shifts from 8:00 AM–6:30 PM ET.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual telehealth platforms.
